12 Days of Christmas–Day 3

On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…..
Three French hens?  How about some Cornish hens?!
 
I thought you meat eaters would enjoy this recipe for Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary, by allrecipes.com.  I had Cornish hens a few times in the past.  I remember that they could be very tasty.

This recipe is really simple, and could make a great main dish for Christmas.  Most of the ingredients are kitchen staples that you may already have in your pantry or fridge.  I can only imagine the smells that would radiate from the kitchen, with the rosemary and garlic.  Find the recipe here.
