Business Feature: Sweet ~ N ~ Savory

I am blessed to personally know the owner and CEO of Sweet ~ N ~ Savory Bakery in San Antonio, TX.  Camesia Ramey and I are both in the same church circle, and occasionally get a chance to hang out and have some fun together.  Camesia is a mother of three beautiful children.  And she has taken her love of cooking and baking, and started her own bakery business. 

Camesia’s creations are all ‘made from scratch, made with love’.  And it’s not only evident in the way the pastries are visually pleasing, but also in the way that they awaken your palate.  I’ve had the pleasure of partaking of her products before, and I love the fact that they are homemade.  And when you eat them, you’re reminded of your grandma’s best.

Camesia specializes in pies, cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes.  She makes several classic flavors, and even has a chocolate pecan pie (I must try that one).  She has taken special orders for birthdays and bridal showers.  She has even done a bit of catering (she makes a great vegetarian meatball), and hopes to make that the focus of her business in the future.
