Pumpkin Roundup #2: Breakfast
Here is the second round of pumpkin recipes. All of these tasty treats can start your morning off right. Remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Easy Mini Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are a breakfast delicacy, but can be time consuming to make from scratch. This recipe, from Two Peas & Their Pod, uses refrigerated pastry dough to simplify the process. And it also uses pumpkin butter (never heard of it before, must try it) in the filling.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Many kids, and parents alike, enjoy pancakes for breakfast. I personally prefer waffles. But you are sure to ‘fall’ for these pumpkin cakes from Sally’s Baking Addiction. The recipe combines rich pumpkin flavor and chocolate chips. The kids will love them.
Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Oatmeal Bars
Pumpkin and oatmeal, sounds like a winner to me. These oatmeal bars look so moist and hearty, a perfect pick when you have to head out of the door quickly. The recipe is an adaption found at I Should Be Mopping The Floor. I can’t wait to try these!
Of course, I had to include a muffin in this round up. And this one is just beautiful! Look at that crumb topping. They are bursting with pumpkin and spices. These beauties were found at The Cafe Sucre Farine. I could eat a whole batch by myself.
