National Cheesecake Day 2015
I’ve expressed before that I’m not a fan of cheesecake. People are always telling me to try this one, and try that one, and I will acquire a love for it. I challenged everyone last year to share a cheesecake recipe with me that would win me over. But nothing yet. So in the spirit of National Cheesecake Day, I sought out some of the most interesting cheesecake recipes. They all appear to be filled with flavor. I wonder if any of them can win me over. Maybe they will win you over as well.

If you love cinnamon rolls, then this may be the cheesecake for you. I must admit, this has me tempted to try cheesecake again. It looks like there is really cinnamon roll pieces throughout. I bet it is bursting with cinnamon flavor.

Amaretto is one of my favorite flavors. And this cheesecake has lots of amaretto flavor in it. And those beautiful sliced almonds on top. This cheesecake is made by the same baker of the previous cheesecake. And it may be made just for me.
Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake

This cheesecake is calling me, really calling me! Apple and caramel, a great flavor combination. And I look at this and just see apple crisp, no cheesecake. I am sure that this is one very, tasty treat.

Yes, yes, coconut. This recipe takes the flavors of one the most popular Girl Scout Cookies, Samoa, and incorporates them into cheesecake. Chocolate, coconut and caramel. The Samoa cookie lovers may enjoy this cheesecake just as well.
So, I challenge you again. Share a cheesecake recipe that will win me over and make me a fan!
